Please follow the procedures to apply Chaoyang University of Technology

Step 1. Download and print application forms PDF.

Step 2. Prepare a copy of following documents which authenticated by R.O.C. embassies, representative, consulates, or other Mission authorized by Taiwan Ministry of Foreign Affairs.(notarized copy translated into English or Chinese is necessary if the original document is not in English or Chinese)

1.the highest academic diploma

2.transcript of the highest educational degree
